The science

Male pattern hair loss
has one main driver.

It's DHT, a hormone that shrinks the follicle a little more with every growth cycle until it stops producing a visible hair. Treat that, and you change the trajectory.

01

Block the hormone

Finasteride reduces DHT at the source, so the follicle stops being pushed to shrink.

02

Feed the follicle

Minoxidil widens the vessels around the follicle and extends the active growth phase.

03

Support the strand

Biotin backs keratin production, so what does grow comes in stronger.

What the trials show

The evidence behind the actives.

83%

of men had no further hair loss after two years on finasteride 1 mg.

66%

showed measurable regrowth over the same two-year period.

3–6

months before most men see a visible change. Consistency is the variable.

Questions

Before you start.

Yes. Finasteride and minoxidil are prescription-only in the US. A licensed clinician reviews your assessment and only prescribes if it's appropriate for you. It isn't automatic.
Most men see a visible change between three and six months. Hair grows on a slow cycle, so consistency matters more than anything else in the first year.
Finasteride can cause sexual side effects in a small percentage of men. Oral minoxidil can cause fluid retention, increased heart rate and unwanted hair growth elsewhere on the body. Full details are in the safety information below. Please read it before you start.
Hair loss resumes. These treatments hold and regrow hair while you take them. Stopping means the follicle returns to the trajectory it was on before.
No. You pay one monthly price that covers the treatment, the clinician review and the shipping.
Your assessment and medical history are handled under HIPAA and shared only with the clinician reviewing your case.

Important Safety Information

Finasteride

Finasteride is for use by men only and must not be used by women who are or may become pregnant, or by children. Women who are pregnant should not handle crushed or broken tablets. Possible side effects include decreased libido, erectile dysfunction and ejaculation disorder; these may continue after stopping in a small number of men. Finasteride lowers PSA levels, so tell your clinician before a prostate screening. Rare reports of depressed mood have been made.

Oral minoxidil

Oral minoxidil is prescribed off-label for hair loss and is not FDA-approved for this use. Possible side effects include fluid retention and swelling, increased heart rate, lightheadedness, and unwanted hair growth elsewhere on the body. It may not be appropriate if you have cardiovascular disease, low blood pressure, or kidney problems.

This page is for informational purposes and is not medical advice. Prescription products require an online consultation with a licensed healthcare professional who will determine if a prescription is appropriate. Individual results vary. Report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
